My work today includes ventures such as HirePlusPlus and Bridgentech, where I've focused on talent, hiring, growth, and AI-driven systems. But long before that, I was writing — trying to make sense of fear, ambition, relationships, faith, creativity, and the silent negotiations we have with ourselves.

I'm an engineer by training, a business builder by profession, and a writer by instinct. Over the years, I've worked across industrial systems, enterprise sales, business development, staffing, and AI-led recruitment. I've also kept a long relationship with writing — essays, reflections, poetry, and ideas that began long before the founder identity became public.
